Welcome to all our new children and families who have recently joined us!
Thank you for your support during the snowy conditions. Many parents have come earlier than usual, which has helped us to send staff travelling far, home earlier.
Parents evenings will be held the following week:
Laughing / Learning Lions: week beginning 5th March - 4pm to 7pm
We will be rescheduling the meetings that were cancelled for the Pandas room children, due to the adverse weather conditions.
Please speak to the Room Leaders, Miss Hope and Miss Sheila who will arrange for the meeting to take place over the next couple of weeks.
Please note: If any other parents did miss their meeting, these can be re-arranged but will have to be during nursery hours. To arrange, please speak to your child’s key person or the room leader.
Parent Forum will be held on Thursday 15th March @ 6.30pm
Please note that for all parent evenings and parent forum, you still need to collect your child by 6pm, unless you have a late pick up booked.
Drawings / Planning documents are with the Planning Department at Greenwich Council.
They will be giving us their final decision on the 5th April, we will then arrange for the work to start.
I do realise this is taking a long time and it is frustrating for us all, but there are so many different parties involved in this decision, that it can unfortunately not be rushed.
Some of the residents in the flats above us are not too happy with a permanent structure going up, they have raised their objections with the council and needs to be taken into consideration.
We have answered all their questions and reassured the residence that the structure will not obstruct their view or cause any risk to the flats above.
We are currently working on these and they should be installed before the warm weather arrives.
We have already bought the units which will be placed around the nursery. This as well, must be approved by Berkeley Homes as we need to make more vents in the glass windows to allow ventilation for the air con units.
Thank you for working with us. We have had lots of fruit and healthy shakes to celebrate children’s birthday and making them feel special. This allows us to encourage children to be healthy eaters.
Please note, that we can’t give out any party bags on behalf of parents.
Please note our entrances are also our FIRE EXITS.
In the Over 2's section, many children are now coming with scooters. Please do not put these on the shelf as these are falling off and can injure someone.
We welcome to our team:
Miss Brook and Miss Zoe will be joining us over the next month.
Please note that all Zeeba Nurseries have an annual fee increase for April.
We do try and keep these increases as low as possible and continue to offer an Outstanding service.
Fees from 1st April 2018 to 31 March 2019:
Children aged under 2 years - £62 per a full day & £52 per half day
Children aged over 2 years - £59 per full day & £42 per half day.
Please note that the fees will not change on the date of your child’s second birthday. Your fees will be adjusted the month after your child has turned 2.
Please note that parents are required to check and re-verify their code every 3 months.
All our policies are on the website so please ensure you have read them. Please do not hesitate to speak to us if you have any queries.
Please note: we do need at least a weeks’ notice if you require extra days or sessions for your child. We are full in most rooms now, so it is difficult to arrange extra days/sessions at short notice. We also need at least a week’s notice for early drop offs and late pick-ups to ensure that we have enough staff on the premises and rotas are done in advance.
Just a reminder to call the nursery before 10 am to let us know if your child will not be attending due to sickness, outings or if they will be coming in later normal. This will enable us to save lunch/snack etc for your child, knowing that they will be in later.
You can call us on 0203 247 4770 or email at email@example.com.
