We are in full swing with January coming to an end already! What a busy start for Zeeba. We will be exploring the different changes in weather; look at tiny buds on plants getting ready for spring and investigating the many winter colors nature has on offer.

We will also put our own spin on Valentine’s Day, showing appreciation to all those who love and care for us; friends, teachers and parents included.

Tapestry and Reports:

Our Winter Reports are due, and you can expect to view them on Tapestry this February. We will begin to invite parents to a parent evening, providing you with some much-desired quality discussions with your key practitioners. More information on this will follow.

Zeeba Donations:

With spring approaching and many families cleaning out their wardrobes, we would like to invite you to donate your unwanted baby and children clothing. We will organize a week of swopping your donations with other families/parents at Zeeba. More information will follow soon.

Staff on holiday for February:

The following teachers will be on Holiday during January so there may be staff from other rooms present in your child’s room.

Ms Seema: 1-9 February

Ms Ifaf: 1-16 February

Ms Fateha: 9-19 February

Ms Reshma: 26-28 February

We welcome Ms. Sevgi and Ms Fatiha to the Zeeba team. They will mostly be supporting the under two teams. We are excited and hope you will get stuck in straight away.

We sadly say farewell to Ms Duygu. She is ready for more challenges and we wish her all the best. Ms Ifaf is ready to step up and fill the room leader position. Best of luck to both ladies!

Child Tax Free Credits:

We have had a few enquiries about this government scheme and would encourage all parents to make use of it. https://www.childcarechoices.gov.uk

This link will allow you to see all government schemes available and you can apply straight away. What makes the Tax-free Childcare scheme so attractive is that all parents can apply regardless of your child’s age. If you are already making use of the 3-year-old funding you can still apply.

  • For every £8 you pay in, the government will add an extra £2, up to £2,000 per child per year - that's up to £500 every three months.
  • Greetings

    Ms Lehanie and the team!
